On-line Instrument Booking System (IBS) is a proven web-based instrument booking and laboratory management system, which has been in operation for many years. IBS can have many options:

  •   Forming a close loop automation with instruments for booking, status check, data access and more.
  •   Using booking data only for data process and management
  •   Service booking with auto-notifications
  •   Message broadcast to all users groups
  •   Account-based or Project-based
  •   Using email as login name or dedicated user login name

Through IBS, users can access their booking data, usage data, usage charges and more. Popup online helps make the learning straightforward and with timeless effort.

To make bookings with three choices: weekly per facility, daily per facility and all facilities per day.

To check bookings against facility for selected month period.

To check the current status of facilties whether in use and who is using.
