The Analytical Centre Outreach group comprises a membership of Analytical Centre Professional and Research staff who facilitate closer liason between University
Faculties and the five analytical groups within the centre. To increase awareness of analytical equipment and services provided by the UNSW Analytical Centre,
the group:
Offers regular seminars delivered by staff and invited guests, free for anyone to attend
Provides lectures, tutorials and prac classes to Faculty Teaching programs on request, both undergraduate and post-graduate
Facilitates collaboration on research programs for postgraduate students, post-doctoral researchers, including ILP, honours, masters, PhD. Cosupervision of students is encouraged where appropriate
Advisory role regarding equipment availablility for specific project needs and funding applications for equipment where there is a broad strategic requirement
Disseminating information about professional and personal development courses
