Role & Interests

My current role involves running research samples using MS and LC-MS, interpreting data, training of research students and contributing to the running of the laboratory including calibration, trouble shooting and maintenance. My research interests are utilizing mass spectrometry techniques to study interaction of metal cations with organic molecules. Of particular interests is the effect of metal cations in the fragmentation behavior of organic molecules. I am also interested in using LC-MS based techniques to study dissociation products of metal-ligand complexes.
