Dr Inga Christine Kuschnerus

Dr Inga Kuschnerus is a material scientist specializing in transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Inga graduated from Macquarie University in 2020 with a PhD in Molecular Sciences. Her thesis focused on characterizing the protein corona around mesoporous silica and gold nanoparticles via scattering and microscopy techniques. She specializes and supports users in a range of electron microscopy and sample preparation techniques including cryo-TEM, HRTEM, STEM, EDS, SAED as well as ultramicrotomy for biological and material sciences samples. Inga also trains users in cell culture providing hands-on training in aseptic technique in the CCF in SEB (E8)
