Biography

Dr Katharine Michie is a structural biologist who runs the Structural Biology Facility at UNSW.

Dr Michie has experience in recombinant protein cloning, expression, purification and analysis by structural methods- including a wide range of bio-phyiscal methods, electron microscopy and X-ray crystallography. She is responsible for training people on the crystallography robotics and the Bruker Venture D8 X-ray diffractometer.
