The Spectrum 100 is a Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer fitted with attenuated total reflectance (ATR) and transmission accessories.
- Universal ATR enables fast analysis of thin films, opaque solids, liquids and powders from 650-4000 cm-1 (15 µm to 2.5 µm).
- Transmission accessory enables measurement of thin films on substrates or powders (mixed with KBr) from 450-4000 cm-1 (22 µm to 2.5 µm).
Typical samples include organic powders and liquids and films, biological sections, minerals and polymers.
