The Spectrum Two is a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer with attenuated total reflectance (ATR), transmission, specular and diffuse reflectance accessories.
- Universal ATR enables fast analysis of micron-scale thin films, opaque solids, liquids and powders from 450-4000 cm-1 (22 µm to 2.5 µm).
- Transmission accessory enables measurement of thin films (<100microns) on substrates that transmit mid-infrared or powders (mixed with KBr) from 400-4000cm-1 (25 µm to 2.5 µm).
Typical samples include organic powders and liquids and films, biological sections, minerals and polymers.
